How To Participate:

• Visit www.ESPN.com between 12:00PM Eastern Time ("ET") on 12/30/09 and 11:59AM ET on 2/12/10, complete the ESPN.com member sign-in, search for keywords "Dick's Sporting Goods" and fully complete and submit the online entry form.
  
• There is a limit of one entry per person or valid e-mail address per day for the duration of the Promotion Period.

Prizes:

• Four Grand Prizes: Trip for four (winner plus three guests) to attend ESPN The Weekend at the Walt Disney World Resort (the "Event") between 2/25/10 and 3/1/10 and three $500 gift cards (for winner only) redeemable at participating Dick's Sporting Goods stores. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for four and 4-night stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. 5-day Magic Your Way tickets with Park Hopper option.
